At Gatineau Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused skincare products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
